As a brief writer for Littler CaseSmart – Class Action™, Kelly Ekeler formulates and executes briefing strategy for cases. She evaluates and selects legal authority that supports the facts and circumstances of each case and prepares substantive briefs and motions, including complex dispositive motions, discovery motions and briefing concerning discovery and other strategic issues. Kelly is based in Nebraska.

Kelly has experience representing public and private sector employers in labor and employment law, including litigation in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings. Kelly has also successfully represented employers in governmental audits and investigations.

Prior to joining Littler, she worked in the prominent labor and employment sections of two firms where her practice included developing policies and counseling employers to reduce risks of wage and hour violations under federal and various state laws.
