Kelly Arefi

Kelly Arefi represents employers in a variety of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters. She also counsels employers regarding compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Prior to working at Littler, Kelly served as legal counsel to several federal agencies, where she defended her clients in a variety of litigation matters in federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before administrative tribunals. She also advised her agency clients regarding legal compliance and all aspects of employment law. Earlier in her career, Kelly gained substantial litigation experience as a career law clerk to several federal judges at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
