Katherine Ford is responsible for creating and managing knowledge resources for Littler’s Canadian operations. She places an emphasis on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of legal research and practice through innovative knowledge management strategies and tools.
Katherine practiced as a labour and employment lawyer for 13 years before moving into a knowledge management role. She previously worked for two other management-side labour and employment boutique law firms in Toronto.
