Karina Rodríguez advises and represents employers in a range of labor and employment law matters. She provides preventive counseling and offers guidance on investigations, discrimination, harassment, reorganizations, and leaves and accommodations. She also has experience drafting employee handbooks, employment policies, and mandatory protocols.
Karina also represents clients at trial and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and Department of Labor.
During law school, Karina clerked for the Hon. Erick Kolthoff Caraballo at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, where she collaborated in various practice areas. She also won first place competing in the XXIV Competencia de Debate Don Miguel Velázquez Rivera.
