Kara Adelle Ritter Cole's practice involves employment law counseling as well as litigation defense of public and private entities. She defends employers against claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, breach of contract, and derivative or related claims at the federal, state and administrative level. Kara also has experience defending employers against individual, class, and PAGA claims involving wage and hour issues. She has worked closely with trial partners on trials in Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts resulting in complete defense verdicts on behalf of her clients.
