Judith Cregan represents employers with EPL coverage in a wide range of labor and employment law disputes, including Fair Employment and Housing Act claims, retaliation, whistleblowing, defamation, wrongful termination and individual wage and hour claims. She has litigated in state and federal courts, including California courts of appeal and the 9th Circuit.
Prior to joining Littler, Judith was a partner with a large, multistate employment law firm. She has also had a solo practice for a number of years.
