Joshua regularly works with employers across the aviation and transportation, hospitality, healthcare, logistics and distribution, construction, manufacturing, technology, financial services, retail, and media and entertainment industries, advising both multinational corporations and unionized employers on complex labor management matters.
Joshua regularly advises employers on matters involving the National Labor Relations Board, including representation proceedings and unfair labor practice issues in California and throughout the western United States.
