Joseph Ramirez focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters.
Before joining Littler, Joseph handled general civil liability defense matters, including employment, transportation, construction/commercial disputes, real estate, and catastrophic injury and loss.
He has extensive litigation and mediation experience, having managed hundreds of cases in Missouri and Kansas state and federal courts. Notably, Joseph obtained summary judgment on a Federal Section 1983 civil conspiracy claim in the Western District of Missouri defending sheriffs from a local Missouri sheriff department.
