Overview

Jenny Burke has practiced employment litigation since she graduated from law school. Her experience includes defending employers of all sizes against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations in California and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings. Jenny also represents employers in administrative proceedings, including those before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Employment Development Department (EDD), and Labor Commissioner.    

During law school, Jenny was a staff member of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Oxford, England, focusing on comparative employment law.
