Overview

With more than 20 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, Jennifer Robinson has been the lead defense attorney in nearly 40 state and federal wage and hour class and/or collective actions involving:  

  • Claims of misclassification
  • Overtime and minimum wage violations
  • Missed meal and rest breaks

Jennifer also conducts high-level workplace investigations for clients and often follows up with appropriate training, as needed. In addition, she defends employers in single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and failure to accommodate. She works with a wide range of industries, including, but not limited to:

  • Food and beverage manufacturing and distribution 
  • Hospitality
  • Entertainment

Jennifer co-chairs Littler's Hospitality Industry Group and serves as the office managing shareholder for the Nashville office. Prior to joining Littler, Jennifer was a partner at a full-service firm in Nashville. She also worked as an attorney in California for nearly a decade.
