Overview

Jennifer B. Miller advises and represents employers in all areas of employment law. She has successfully defended clients in individual, class, and collective actions, and achieved exceptional outcomes in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. Jennifer also provides practical and business-forward advice to clients regarding all aspects of the employment relationship.

Prior to working at Littler, Jennifer worked in the Atlanta office of a national firm, where she represented public and private sector employers in all aspects of employment litigation.

After law school, Jennifer clerked for the Hon. Orinda D. Evans in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. In law school, she was the editor-in-chief of the Georgia State University Law Review.
