Jennie Staples brings a wealth of in-house healthcare system experience to her employment law practice. She has worked as in-house counsel in two different healthcare systems—one a community-based system with a local footprint and 450-bed facility, and the other a nationwide system with urban and rural facilities. In both systems, Jennie worked with frontline teammates and top executives alike to problem solve and provide advice and counsel.
While Jennie’s practice focuses on advice and counsel, she also assists clients in litigation. In addition to management-side employment litigation, Jennie has practiced insurance defense and criminal defense. She brings this well-rounded experience to her current practice as well to assist clients in risk-balancing and developing a broad understanding of their issues and concerns.
Jennie previously worked at Littler as an associate and is happy to be back at the firm after a stint as an in-house attorney.
