Overview

Jeff Harrison’s practice is devoted almost exclusively to helping clients develop lawful and effective strategies to remain union-free.

Jeff has successfully represented employers throughout the United States and Canada in all stages of pre- and post-petition organizing campaigns, including elections overseen by the National Labor Relations Board. He has worked with some of the largest and most respected employers in several industries to develop national campaign plans that communicate the employer’s key messages and values, customize an approach to local sites, coordinate rapid response teams, and ensure compliance with the NLRB’s latest rules and regulations. Jeff has also developed plans for employers to prepare for, and respond to, corporate campaigns and other labor activity outside of the traditional organizing process.

Jeff has extensive experience helping employers develop comprehensive pro-active programs that promote a positive workplace culture, with an emphasis on vulnerability audits and post-audit action plans, employee surveys, handbook review, and legal and leadership training for all levels of management.
