Overview

Jeff Harrison advises management on a variety of labor and employment law matters, with the majority of his time devoted to helping clients take a lawful and effective approach when faced with a union organizing drive. He has successfully represented numerous employers throughout the United States and Canada in all stages of pre- and post-petition organizing campaigns. In recent years, he has worked with several national companies to develop communication strategies and ensure legal compliance during condensed campaigns under the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) “quickie election” rules.

Jeff has extensive experience developing comprehensive pro-active programs to promote a positive workplace culture, with an emphasis on vulnerability audits, handbook review, and legal and leadership training for front-line supervisors. For unionized clients, he has negotiated contracts and successfully handled arbitrations.
