Jeffrey E. Dilger represents and counsels clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters. 

Prior to joining Littler, Jeff worked for a midsized regional law firm litigating contract matters. His experience includes litigation of simple and complex matters in federal and Minnesota courts, trial advocacy, appellate advocacy and arbitration.

At the University of Minnesota Law School, Jeff was selected to join the American Bar Association Journal of Labor and Employment Law and served as a staff member and managing editor. He was also selected to compete on the law school's American College of Trial Lawyers Trial Competition Team.
