Overview

As a member of the Littler CaseSmart® team and based in Pennsylvania, Jaime Kulick partners with local Littler litigation teams in formulating and executing a discovery strategy for employment litigation cases. She drafts discovery requests and responses, evaluates the opposing party’s requests and responses, reviews documents and oversees document productions, and conducts discovery-related legal research and briefing. Her focus is deposition preparation and motions to compel.

Prior to joining Littler, Jaime was a deputy and a term law clerk for the Hon. Edward G. Smith, and a career law clerk for the Hon. Lynne A. Sitarski, both in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Previously, Jaime was an associate with a Philadelphia firm, where she handled all aspects of civil litigation matters from discovery through trial, and drafted pleadings and discovery in employment litigation. She also managed discovery and coordinated litigation defense strategies as part of a national counsel team for a Fortune 200 company. Jaime has proven herself to be an experienced litigator with a deep understanding of discovery process and its interaction with trial strategy. She is an analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability to work independently and execute projects on schedule as well as demonstrated excellence at balancing competing priorities without compromising outcomes.
