Jaime Heimerl represents employers in the defense of federal and state employment law claims at every stage of litigation. Jaime also provides advice and counsel to clients regarding state and federal employment laws, employee handbooks, and personnel policies and practices.
Jaime’s experience includes having previously practiced at an AM100 employment law firm and a boutique firm in Seattle representing employees. Prior to civil litigation, Jaime worked as a public defender in Washington, served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Thomas O. Rice of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, and interned at the Unemployment Law Project.
