Overview

Jacob Krall's practice encompasses the defense of employers and management against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour violations before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Jake is experienced in both individual and class action claims as well as PAGA actions. He also counsels management on a variety of state and federal compliance matters, including hiring, accommodation, and termination decisions.

During law school, Jake completed summer externships with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and the Office of the United States Trustee.
