Jackson Zimmerman

Jackson Zimmerman represents employers in a broad range of employment-related disputes in state and federal court, and in private arbitration. His practice includes defending employers in complex wage and hour class actions and representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), as well as single-plaintiff matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act and the California Labor Code. Jackson also represents employers in administrative proceedings before the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the California Civil Rights Department, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

During law school, Jackson served as lead articles editor for the Pepperdine Law Review.
