Ivie A. Serioux represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including matters involving race, age, sex and disability discrimination and retaliation.

Her practice focuses on representing and counseling employers in all aspects of employment discrimination litigation as well as emerging issues in Title IX compliance and litigation. She has represented clients in administrative proceedings as well as state and federal courts including successfully arguing before the Second Circuit of Appeals.

Ivie handles traditional labor arbitrations and grievances, conducts internal workplace investigations and manager/employee trainings. She also focuses her practice on providing advice and counsel to employers regarding their diversity and inclusion initiatives, training, and programming for talent recruitment and retention. She customizes and delivers impactful training on all topics related to diversity and inclusion in order to improve innovation, employee engagement and performance.
