Overview

Isha Malhotra is an India-licensed lawyer and has worked in India and Singapore. Her pan-Asian experience includes advising clients on a broad spectrum of employment law and workplace relations issues and managing multi-jurisdictional employment law projects. Isha is frequently called upon to provide advice on India-related employment issues, including opening offices and first hires, inter-entity/state transition of employees, policy implementation, employment law compliance, reduction in force exercises, workplace investigations including sexual harassment claims, whistleblower complaints, bullying, harassment, and more. Isha's proficiency in English and Hindi language particularly benefits clients as she is able to work effectively with both global and local teams on the ground.
