Overview

Heidi E. Hegewald is a skilled litigator with experience spanning multiple states. Heidi calls upon her tailored advocacy skills while representing and defending local, regional, national, and global employers and companies against an array of employment-related claims. Heidi also counsels clients in regard to general employment matters and best practices concerning employee leaves and accommodations, wage and hour requirements, and other critical employment issues. Heidi has experience advocating for employers in the healthcare, retail, hospitality, technology, and food and beverage industries.

Heidi served as an editor on Emory University School of Law's Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Law Review. Heidi utilizes this experience in her work today as she advises and guides clients in developing innovative strategies and solutions to employment matters.
