Overview

Heather M. Vigil is a global employment attorney located in Southern California. She litigates cases in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. She also defends employers in administrative hearings before agencies such as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). 

Heather regularly conducts employee and management training sessions and provides small, medium-sized, and multinational employers advice on workplace investigations, terminations, disciplinary actions, and other issues arising under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and California Labor Code.

Heather is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She is a Co-Chair of Littler’s Hispanic/Latino affinity group, Reunión, and is the Regional Lead Liaison for the Women’s Leadership Initiative.
