Heather M. Vigil specializes in labor and employment law and represents employers in matters involving:

  • Privacy and data protection issues
  • Traditional labor issues
  • Discrimination and harassment
  • Wrongful termination
  • The Fair Employment and Housing Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Wage and hour issues

She appears in state and federal courts in California, as well as before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other state and federal administrative agencies. She also provides training to managers and employees on topics such as harassment prevention and litigation avoidance.
