Greg Alonge’s practice encompasses a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including single-plaintiff employment litigation, leave of absence and disability accommodation issues, and class and representative actions. He represents employers in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies, handling claims involving, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as wage and hour issues. Greg has experience managing matters through all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, written discovery, motion practice, and resolution strategy. His practice also includes handling appeals, responding to agency charges, and negotiating pre-litigation disputes.

Greg also focuses his practice in high-stakes and complex matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, including misclassification, discrimination, and serious and willful misconduct cases, with an emphasis on mitigating exposure and protecting his clients’ unique business needs. In this challenging administrative forum, Greg leverages his experience working for diverse companies across the employment law spectrum to gain strategic advantages and favorable results.

Greg works with a diverse range of employers, from large national and multinational companies to mid-sized and regional businesses, across industries such as retail, logistics and transportation, healthcare, technology, hospitality, manufacturing, and consumer products. Greg provides practical, business-focused counsel tailored to clients’ operational needs, with significant experience supporting employers in complex and fast-paced litigation environments.

During law school, Greg served as chief developments editor for the Loyola Law Review and was a clinical law student with Loyola’s Center for Juvenile Law and Policy. He also served as a summer associate with Littler before joining the firm full time.
