Overview

Grace F. Jacobson focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters, with an emphasis on litigation. Grace has experience helping clients navigate a wide variety of matters, including claims involving misappropriation of trade secrets and whistleblower retaliation, and ensuring employers’ regulatory and statutory compliance.

Prior to joining Littler, Grace was an associate attorney at a litigation boutique in St. Paul, Minnesota.

During law school, Grace engaged in extensive pro bono work, largely based around obtaining asylum for immigrants in ICE detention, which afforded her the opportunity to serve as an English-Spanish interpreter between attorneys and prospective clients. Grace also gained practical legal experience working as a law clerk for a firm in Richmond, Virginia, and assisting a law school professor with redrafting sexual assault statutes and reconceptualizing the relationship between believing victims of sexual assault and honoring the presumption of innocence. She served as the Vice President of Community Engagement for the Virginia Law Democrats and was actively involved with the Lambda Law Alliance and Latin American Law Organization.
