
As a brief writer for Littler CaseSmart – Litigation™, Gil Rochbert formulates and executes briefing strategy for single plaintiff litigation matters. He evaluates and selects legal authority that supports the facts and circumstances of each case and prepares substantive briefs and motions, including complex dispositive motions, motions to compel arbitration, discovery motions, and briefing other strategic issues. Gil is based in Colorado.
Prior to joining Littler, Gil was an attorney with a civil litigation firm in Massachusetts where he handled matters from initial intake through trial, and also drafted all briefs for the firm. Gil has argued matters and motions before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Superior Court, and has also submitted briefs to the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and United States Citizen and Immigration Services. He also served two years as a Massachusetts Superior Court law clerk. Gil’s litigation and clerkship experience has provided him with broad exposure to employment, immigration, medical malpractice and personal injury matters.
