Gabe Malouf

Gabe Malouf focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters. His professional emphasis includes wage and hour compliance, class action litigation, employee handbooks and workplace policies, and HR advice and counsel. He has developed a keen understanding of client relations through a two-week in-house internship, where he gained insight into corporate HR operations.
With a background in leadership roles, Gabe combines legal skill with practical management experience. He was previously a summer associate at Littler, where he researched and drafted litigation filings, assisted in managing client relations, and authored articles on global diversity and inclusion issues. Gabe also served as vice chair of the ABA International Law Committee (Environment, Energy, and Resources Section), contributing to publications and committee leadership.
Gabe brings a strong academic foundation and practical experience to his practice. During law school, he was actively involved in the Business & Finance Law Review, Mock Trial Board, and the Labor and Employment Law Society, earning recognition as a mock trial championship team member and a Thurgood Marshall Scholar.
