Flora Feizi counsels and represents employers in a broad range of employment and labor law matters. She focuses her practice on discrimination and harassment, as well as leave and accommodation compliance. Flora also advises clients on pre-litigation matters and all stages of litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, drafting motions, and preparing clients for depositions.
During law school, Flora served as the primary comment and managing editor for the McGeorge Law Review, Volume 53, and served as a legal writing teacher’s assistant. She was also the President and Executive Chair of McGeorge’s moot court team. In 2022, Flora competed in the Roger J. Traynor California Appellate Moot Court Competition, where she earned several distinctions: second place overall, second place for excellence in appellate advocacy, and second place for best brief. Flora also received the Traynor Individual Top Oral Argument Merit Award.
