Flora Feizi counsels and represents employers in a broad range of employment and labor matters. Her practice focuses on workplace issues involving discrimination, harassment, and compliance with leave and accommodation laws. Flora advises clients on pre-litigation strategy and manages all stages of litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, preparing motions, representing clients in mediation, and preparing and defending clients in depositions.
During law school, Flora served as Primary Comment and Managing Editor of the McGeorge Law Review, Volume 53, and was also a teaching assistant for a legal writing course. She also served as President and Executive Chair of McGeorge’s Moot Court Team. In 2022, she competed in the Roger J. Traynor California Appellate Moot Court Competition, earning multiple distinctions, including second place overall, second place for excellence in appellate advocacy, second place for best brief, and the Traynor Individual Top Oral Argument Merit Award.
