Erin V. Jensen counsels and represents management clients in labor and employment law matters.
Before joining Littler, Erin was a law clerk to the Hon. Stacey D. Adams in both the Superior Court of New Jersey (Family and Civil Divisions) and the District of New Jersey. As a law clerk, Erin drafted legal memoranda, performed legal research, and drafted judicial opinions. She also worked at a mid-sized New Jersey firm which served as general counsel to school districts throughout the state.
While in law school, Erin was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Team, a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board, and a student attorney with the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice Family Law Clinic. Erin competed in the 2022 National Health Law Moot Court Competition, where she and her partner finished as quarterfinalists. She also competed in the 2022 Seton Hall Law Gressman Moot Court Competition, where she received the award for best oralist for Petitioner. Erin completed three judicial internships with the Superior Court of New Jersey – Hon. Thomas M. Moore, P.J. Civ. (Essex County); Hon. Stacey Boretz (Union County); and Hon. Russell J. Passamano (Essex County).
