Overview

Erin N. Collins is an experienced litigator adept at handling a wide variety of cases, having taken both civil and criminal cases through jury trial to verdict. Erin practices labor and employment litigation with prior experience in professional liability, construction defect, and consumer litigation defense.

Erin graduated law school with highest pro bono distinction and was inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national moot court honor society. She was a Marshall-Brennan fellow and served as president of Liberty Project.

In her spare time, she volunteers as a moot court and mock trial judge for high school, college, and law school national tournaments. Erin also holds a California real estate broker's license.
