Overview

Erika D. Nettles advises and represents employers in a variety of state and federal employment law matters involving both single plaintiff, representative, and class action matters. She addresses discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters. Erika also provides advice and counseling to employers regarding personnel decisions and policies.

Before joining Littler, Erika worked in the labor and employment practice groups as well as the environmental/toxic tort groups at an AmLaw 100 law firm. Previously, she handled workers compensation defense and other related litigation for five years at a firm in Milwaukee.

During law school, Erika served as a research assistant for Dean Joseph Kearney, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and competed in the 2015 ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition.
