Eric van Dam is a Chambers-ranked Dutch employment lawyer and founding partner of Littler Netherlands. He advises international employers, boards, general counsel and senior HR leaders on complex Dutch and European employment law matters. His practice focuses on restructurings and reorganizations, works councils and co-determination, employment aspects of transactions, labor relations, workplace privacy and sensitive employment disputes.
What distinguishes Eric is his combination of legal skill and first-hand business experience. Before returning to private practice, he held senior in-house and management roles, including as COO and board member in the fashion and retail industry.
