Overview

Emily Connor represents employers in a broad range of employment-related  disputes before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has experience litigating cases at the trial and appellate levels relating to employment discrimination, covenants not to compete and trade secrets, wage and hour, contract disputes, and various state law claims. Emily practices in both state and federal courts, including the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Emily also advises clients on hiring, discipline and termination procedures, as well as wage and hour and discrimination and harassment issues. She frequently drafts and reviews employment contracts, including non-competition agreements. In addition, Emily provides clients with training and seminars on a wide variety of employment-related topics.

Prior to joining Littler, she practiced labor and employment law with an Indiana-based law firm for several years.
