Emilio A. Rodriguez focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Emilio practiced business litigation for two years at a well-regarded general practice firm, where he developed a strong foundation in civil litigation.
During law school, he received a scholarship for six semesters, made the Dean’s List for four semesters, and served as the commencement speaker for the Class of 2021.
