Elliot Nash focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters. Prior to joining Littler, Elliot clerked for Chief Judge Sara Lioi, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, for a year. Before that, Elliot worked as an associate for an AmLaw 100 firm for over two years in their commercial litigation department.
While in law school, Elliot worked for a prominent plaintiff-side employment law firm for three years, while also externing for Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr. in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and Justice Michael Donnelly in the Ohio Supreme Court. He was also on the Cleveland State Law Review as an articles editor.
Elliot was recently appointed to a three year term on the Northern District of Ohio Advisory Group.
