Ellen Donovan McCann is a seasoned attorney who focuses her practice on employment law matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Ellen was an assistant vice president at a Fortune 500 insurance company for over 25 years. She provided employment-related legal advice to human resources and executive management on matters including leaves of absence, Title VII compliance, COVID response, wage and hour issues, sales compensation issues, paid time off programs and restrictive covenants. Ellen also managed employment-related litigation, EEOC and state charges. In addition, Ellen provided legal advice to the company’s leave and ADA administration service.
A frequent contributor to numerous publications, she is nationally recognized for her knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws and paid leave laws.
