Eliza L. Whitworth

Eliza L. Whitworth focuses her practice on employment litigation and advising national and international corporations. She partners with companies in responding to a variety of employment-related matters. This includes defending companies in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, in cases involving class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. 

Beyond litigation, Eliza provides proactive counsel on workforce management, policy development, risk mitigation, and internal training. She aims to not only resolve legal issues but to align employment strategy with business goals. Eliza works closely with HR professionals, in-house counsel, and leadership teams to create workplace solutions that are legally sound and operationally effective.

Eliza began her legal career as a law clerk for the Washington State Court of Appeals, then moved on to work in litigation.
