Elisa Grote

Elisa Grote advises on works constitution law, individual employment law, and the legal management of restructuring processes. With her analytical and structured approach, she quickly grasps even complex factual and legal matters and develops tailored, practice-oriented solutions. Her many years of experience in municipal politics, most recently as a city council member, have further honed her ability to precisely assess divergent interests and to represent them effectively and purposefully in negotiations.

Elisa previously practiced as an attorney with another law firm, completed a legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Frankfurt, including, inter alia, a placement at the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Toronto. She also worked as a research assistant in the field of employment law, inter alia, and served as a research assistant/chair assistant to a university chair for employment law.
