Dominique Saint-Fort is a management-side employment and labor attorney, who believes that human capital is an organizations’ greatest asset. Applying that philosophy, Dominique represents employers in a broad spectrum of labor and employment matters, including claims involving workplace discrimination, hostile work environment and First Amendment retaliation, under the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and Title VII, among other statutes.

Dominique is a skilled litigator and has successfully defended clients in state, federal, and administrative trials, and has negotiated and executed numerous settlements. She has extensive experience in motion practice, depositions, discovery, and mediation. Dominique leverages her relationships across an organization to gain insight into internal policies and procedures, enabling her to craft tailored litigation strategies.

Dominique supports clients in shaping practical drug and alcohol policies, including considerations around recreational marijuana. She offers guidance on policy alignment and compliance, particularly in roles where safety is a key concern.

Before joining Littler, Dominique served as senior counsel in the Labor and Employment Division of the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel. In that role, she led the defense of the City of New York and its agencies in employment litigation, representing one of the largest municipal workforces in the country. She tried multiple cases before juries and consistently delivered strong results for her clients.

Dominique began her legal career as a law clerk to the Hon. Sheila Abdus-Salaam, former associate judge of the New York State Court of Appeals. Her clerkship at the state’s highest court sharpened her analytical skills and deepened her understanding of complex legal issues, laying a strong foundation for her litigation practice.
