Dennis Veldhuizen

Dennis Veldhuizen has over 20 years of experience in employment law. He advises domestic and multinational companies on a broad range of complex and high-stakes employment matters in the Netherlands, including reorganisations, dismissals, co-determination, and statutory boardroom issues, as well as the employment aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Dennis is widely regarded as a trusted advisor to executive boards and C-level leadership, particularly in matters requiring a high degree of strategic judgment and discretion. His practice is characterized by a strong focus on boardroom-level decision-making and sensitive employment issues at the intersection of corporate governance and employment law. He has extensive experience in employment-related arbitration, acting both as counsel and arbitrator, including in proceedings under NYIAC rules.
