David Kruger

David Kruger’s primary practice focuses on trade secret litigation and restrictive covenant matters, where he represents employers in high stakes disputes involving the protection of confidential information and competitive interests. In addition to this core focus, he has experience litigating a broad range of labor and employment matters, including defending employers against wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and breach of contract claims in both single plaintiff and complex litigation.

Beyond his litigation and arbitration experience, David has successfully negotiated cost effective, out of court resolutions requiring the return and verified deletion of misappropriated confidential and proprietary information, including obtaining monetary recoveries from individuals who improperly retained or used such materials.

Prior to joining Littler, David worked as a university lecturer and teaching assistant.
