Daniel G. Mueller represents employers across the full spectrum of labor-management relations, including collective bargaining, unfair labor practice litigation, labor arbitration, and union organizing and representation elections. He maintains a national practice, with a particular focus on the Pacific Northwest.
Dan’s background includes nearly a decade serving as in-house labor and employment counsel in healthcare. Most recently, he served as corporate labor counsel for an international retailer, where he led complex labor negotiations and advised senior leadership on labor relations strategy.
Dan’s career also includes extensive service with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), where he held multiple roles, including senior advisor to NLRB members, executive assistant/chief of staff to a former chairman, and field attorney. This background provides him with a deep understanding of agency processes and a valuable perspective in helping clients navigate the evolving labor landscape.
