Dan has over 20 years of experience in the employment litigation arena. Previously, Dan served in-house as employment litigation counsel at a global media entertainment company. There, he had broad responsibilities defending his own corporate and TV-related employment defense cases in addition managing outside counsel. He began his career as an associate at two renowned global law firms.
