Dana Drusinsky

Dana Drusinsky brings over a decade of litigation experience as both a Deputy District Attorney and Deputy Public Defender. She has tried over thirty jury trials to verdict and litigated hundreds of evidentiary motions.
Dana’s experience extends beyond litigation. She advises and counsels employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including workplace investigations, wage and hour compliance, workplace violence prevention and response, policy development, data privacy and compliance matters, and strategies to minimize litigation risk.
She currently serves as an adjunct professor at UC Law San Francisco, where she teaches legal research and writing to law students.
