Overview

Curtis R. Summers balances his practice between litigation and human resources counseling. On the litigation side, he has defended employers at the administrative agency, trial court and appellate court levels against a variety of discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. He also has experience pursuing claims for violations of restrictive covenants. On the counseling side, he focuses his practice on human resources compliance and litigation avoidance strategies, including policy development, training, workplace investigations, and guidance on best practices in the employer-employee relationship.
