Cristhian José Monge Arce is a member of the BDS Asesores’ Private Labor Law Practice. He is a professor of Costa Rican Labor Law at the University of Costa Rica's School of Business Administration and has taught Labor Law I at Fidélitas University.
Cristhian completed a master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security and a degree in Political Science. His bachelor’s degree in Law included a minor in Technology, E-Commerce, Telecommunications and Intellectual Property, and his dissertation on international framework conventions in collective labor law was approved with honors. Cristhian also completed a second Masters’ Degree in Procedural Law at the prestigious Universidad de Salamanca, Spain.
