Overview

Colleen Vetter has extensive litigation experience representing clients in employment matters in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

When Colleen advises clients in labor and employment matters, she contributes her executive leadership and management perspective as she recently served as director of an agency within Missouri’s Department of Labor. 

Colleen was appointed by the Missouri Supreme Court, at the request of the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, to serve as a member of the Region X Disciplinary Committee from 2017 to 2021. She has received Civil Case Mediation Training through the University of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and participated in the Missouri Bar’s Fee Dispute Resolution Program as a volunteer arbitrator and mediator from 2013 to 2021.

Prior to joining Littler, Colleen served as an assistant attorney general for the State of Missouri in the Civil Litigation Division, and worked for two other St. Louis law firms. After law school she served as a law clerk for the Hon. John C. Holstein of the Supreme Court of Missouri.
