Claudia Tran focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters.
Claudia has both in-house and outside counsel experience. She spent three years in-house as corporate counsel at national bakery company. During this time, she provided HR advice and counsel on a number of topics including I-9s, leaves and accommodations, investigations, background checks, employee performance and discipline, and wage and hour issues. As a litigator, Claudia has represented employers of all sizes from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, starting at the charge level and continuing through litigation.
