Christopher Reilly defends employers of all sizes against discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims. As a seasoned litigator, Christopher partners with his clients to develop custom litigation strategies tailored to meet individual business objectives. 

Christopher’s practice also includes providing day-to-day advice and counsel on a variety of employment issues to multiple Fortune 100 and other publicly traded companies, and neighborhood small businesses alike. While advising his clients on state and federal employment laws, Christopher emphasizes the importance of responsive and engaging communication, and efficiently identifying pragmatic solutions to complicated legal issues. He collaborates with local entrepreneurs, in-house counsel, C-Suite executives, and human resource professionals to develop strong employment practices and avoid the burden of costly and unnecessary litigation. 

In law school, Christopher served as the Student Bar Association president, an associate editor for the Thomas Jefferson Law Review, and a member of the Mock Trial team.
