Overview

As a member of the Littler CaseSmart – Charges™ team and based in Alabama, Christopher Driskill is responsible for handling charges from investigation to conclusion. He works on client-dedicated service teams, focusing on handling administrative agency charges. He investigates charge allegations, reviews pertinent documents, interviews key witnesses, and provides clients an assessment of the risks associated with the charge. In partnership with the client, he defends the charge by drafting persuasive position statements and responses to the agency’s requests for information.

Prior to joining Littler, Chris worked in-house on employment law matters for Alabama’s largest non-federal employer. Chris previously worked as an associate and then partner at a regional full-service law firm where he focused on employment law and handled all facets of litigation in a wide range of state and federal employment claims. Chris started his legal career working as a law clerk to a federal district judge. Chris has advised employers on HR best practices and compliance with federal and state employment laws and has experience representing clients in all manner of employment claims, both in court and before administrative agencies.
