Christine (Kiki) Belcaid

Christine (Kiki) Belcaid guides employers through the full lifecycle of employment litigation, from investigations and discovery to motion strategy, trial preparation, and appeals.

In addition to her litigation work, Kiki strategically counsels employers on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, advising on workplace policies and employment-related agreements. Her practice also encompasses labor management relations – defending employers against unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board, responding to union organizing campaigns, arbitrating disputes, and serving as lead employer-side negotiator during collective bargaining agreement negotiations.

Kiki regularly manages administrative proceedings before the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She has extensive experience advising clients in numerous industries, including retail, property management, healthcare, hospitality, food production, and education.
